These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are communicated without delay to any client who requests them. In accordance with current regulations, Vert Bordeaux reserves the right to depart from certain clauses of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, depending on the negotiations conducted with its clients, by drawing up Special Terms and Conditions of Sale. Vert Bordeaux may also establish Categorical Terms and Conditions of Sale, which deviate from these Terms and Conditions of Sale, depending on the type of clientele in question, determined on the basis of objective criteria. In this case, the Categorical General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all operators meeting these criteria.
1.SHARED SERVICES
The following general terms and conditions of sale apply to excursion and tour services provided by SARL Vert Bordeaux and shared between different customers.
PRICES
Prices are quoted net and in euros. They include taxes and are subject to change without notice. All payments, whether made by credit card or bank transfer, must include any additional charges due to bank fees, which remain the responsibility of the customer.
Entrances to monuments, meals and tastings are included where stated.
No dispute concerning the price of the trip may be taken into consideration after the contract has been concluded. It is up to the customer to assess whether the price is right for him or her before the contract is concluded, accepting the principle that it is an all-inclusive price. Consequently, no complaint or request for reimbursement will be considered in this respect.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
The customer is obliged to familiarise himself/herself with the main characteristics of the tours and excursions before placing an order. The purchase of a service is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Excursions and tours are confirmed once 100% of the amount due has been paid, unless expressly agreed otherwise by contract.
All products offered by Vert Bordeaux are valid for the periods indicated and while stocks last. Vert Bordeaux will ensure that the products requested are available as far as possible. However, the client is advised that the actual availability of other service providers who sell Vert Bordeaux excursions or tours may not be updated in real time. Vert Bordeaux will notify the client by any means within 48 hours if the service is unavailable. In this case, Vert Bordeaux will offer the client another equivalent service. If the client refuses, Vert Bordeaux undertakes to refund all sums paid.
MINORS AND ANIMALS
Children under the age of 12 and pets are not accepted on our shared minibus tours.
PUNCTUALITY AND SAFETY
It is recommended that the customer arrives at the departure point at least 5 minutes before the start of the tour (unless otherwise specified at the time of booking).
Before the start of the tour, the guide will give safety instructions that the customer undertakes to follow scrupulously for the duration of the tour.
Throughout the tour, the customer undertakes to listen carefully to any instructions given by the guide, whether verbal or otherwise (safety instructions, taking photographs, etc.).
The customer must also comply with any clothing instructions given in the confirmation email or quotation.
In the event of failure to comply with all these instructions (departure time and safety instructions), Vert Bordeaux reserves the right to exclude the participant from the service without the client being entitled to claim any refund.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
If an excursion or visit is cancelled by the client at least 24 hours before the start of the tour, a full refund will be given. Cancellation must be expressly notified by e-mail to agence.vertbordeaux@gmail.com or via the contact form on the www.vertbordeaux.fr website.
In the event of cancellation less than 24 hours before the start of an excursion or tour, no refund can be claimed by the client.
If Vert Bordeaux decides to cancel a tour or excursion (threshold of 2 passengers for excursions not reached 48 hours before the start of the tour, dangerous weather conditions, mechanical problems with the vehicle, unexpected health problems of the driver, etc.), the client will be entitled to a full refund. In such cases, Vert Bordeaux undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible.
EXECUTION OF EXCURSIONS
xcursions are operated using an air-conditioned minibus with 8 passenger seats plus the driver. Smoking and eating in the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
Excursions are guaranteed to depart with a minimum of 2 passengers. It is the responsibility of each passenger to make their own way to the meeting point for the departure of the excursion.
Vert Bordeaux reserves the right to modify the programme without prior notice for equivalent services, depending on availability and cancellations by its own service providers. These modifications do not give any right to reimbursement or compensation.
Vert Bordeaux reserves the right to cancel part of the excursion without notice if weather conditions present a danger to people or a risk of breakage to equipment. Such cancellations entitle the client to a refund of the portion of the tour not taken.
Vert Bordeaux cannot be held responsible for delays due to traffic, nor for accidents to passengers getting on or off the vehicles or outside the vehicle. Vert Bordeaux cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings during the tour.
EXECUTION OF VISITS
Unless otherwise stated, tours are conducted on foot.
It is the responsibility of each visitor to make their own way to the starting point of the tour.
Vert Bordeaux reserves the right to modify the programme without prior notice for equivalent services, depending on the availability and cancellations of its own service providers. These modifications do not give any right to reimbursement or compensation.
Vert Bordeaux reserves the right to cancel a tour without notice if weather conditions present a danger to people. Such cancellations entitle the client to a refund of the visit or part of the visit not taken.
Vert Bordeaux cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings during the visit.
APPLICABLE LAW AND LANGUAGE OF THE CONTRACT
By express agreement between the parties, these General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by and subject to French law. They are written in French. In the event that they are translated into one or more languages, only the French text will be deemed authentic in the event of a dispute.
DISPUTES
Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of the quotation and these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bordeaux Commercial Court.
PERSONAL DATA
Data is collected and processed for the purposes of managing the service (including booking operations, follow-up, payment, satisfaction assessment, information). For use in commercial prospecting, we ask for your consent in compliance with the rules of the RGPD.
In accordance with the provisions of the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have a right of access to your data, a right to modify it and a right of objection, which you may exercise by sending us an e-mail to agence.vertbordeaux@gmail.com or a letter to 7 sente de la Nancy, appartement C24, 33300 Bordeaux.
CUSTOMER ACCEPTANCE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are expressly approved and accepted by the customer, who declares and acknowledges that he/she is fully aware of them, and thereby waives the right to rely on any contradictory document, in particular his/her own general terms and conditions of purchase.
2.PRIVATE AND TAILOR-MADE SERVICES
The following general terms and conditions of sale are valid for private and made-to-measure services provided by Vert Bordeaux to individuals or tourism professionals.
PRICES

QUOTATION
In the case of a made-to-measure programme or privatisation, Vert Bordeaux may invoice the client for the cost of producing the estimate in order to cover the working time required to produce it. If the estimate is accepted by the client, the amount of the estimate will be deducted from the total cost of the service.
If, once the quote has been accepted, the client wishes to increase or decrease the number of participants, he must inform Vert Bordeaux before the start of the service. Vert Bordeaux will then be able to propose a new quote to the client.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
The date of the service is optional upon receipt of the signed quotation.
Payment for the service must be made at least 30 days before the start of the service. In the event of non-payment Vert Bordeaux may cancel the service.
In the event of an agreement for a service taking place less than 30 days before the quotation is signed, payment must be made within 7 days and no later than 48 hours before the start of the service.
A deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the services chosen by the customer. This deposit will be retained by Vert Bordeaux in the event of cancellation of the service by the client in order to cover the non-refundable costs advanced by Vert Bordeaux to its service providers.
MINORS AND ANIMALS
Unless otherwise stated when signing the contract, children under the age of 12 and pets are not accepted for our private or made-to-measure services.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
The non-refundable costs in the event of total or partial cancellation (reduction in the number of passengers) are as follows:
More than 30 days before departure: cancellation free of charge, full refund
29 to 7 days prior to departure: 50% refund.
Less than 7 days before departure: no refund.

EXECUTION OF EXCURSIONS
